Linger

“Linger” was my last piece I created in 2020 and features my absolute favorite insect, the ghost cicada. The original measures 8” x 8” and was painted with watercolor and gouache, on Arches 140lb hot press watercolor paper. For an extra special touch I added shimmering gold watercolor in small areas. The painting was mounted to a Birch wood panel which measures 1” deep.
